Did anyone test this product with actual batter? There is no way to remove the batter from the beaters- it just moves up toward the base unit. I used it for holiday baking and am only getting more annoyed. I never return an item to the store if I have used it- but this will be the first time. I expect more from Black+ Decker. I bought this mixer because I trusted the brand and wanted a mixer with good power speeds. Do not buy this model that has helix beaters.

I really wish I didn’t buy this item, it’s the worst I’ve ever used. I had the biggest mess. I’ve tried so many ways to see if I was blending wrong, lol yeah just very disappointing.
