It doesn’t hold in the heat. The door doesn’t go flush against the side of the toaster oven so makes in ineffective for baking.

Les espaces de la grille pour les rôties sont trop grands. Le bip qui indique la fin du cycle est trop faible. Difficile de lire le choix, lumière trop faible. Le livre d'instruction est mal fait, j'ai dû appeler le service à la clientèle pour mieux comprendre. Le seul avantage était le prix. Je suis déçue de Black and Decker.
