Nice drill. Does the trick when the battery is charged. Unfortunately after about a year of owning it and using it regularly the battery won't hold a charge.

This was a good purchase for me, since the drill comes with a lot of screwdriver tips that are compatible with multiple screwdrivers. As a result, I could deal with every screw the houses could throw at me. The downside is the battery: my experience with it was pretty poor. It takes a long time to charge, and it runs dry very soon. You also can't charge it separately from the drill, which is rather awkward.

I bought this set to tackle a bathroom repair job my landlord was out of town and unable to take on. He told me to do what needed to be done and my old drill packed it in on me. I was really pleased with the light weight feel of this drill and the performance it gave me in hanging the new drywall. The bits and screw attachments were a bonus as I was not sure exactly what I was getting myself into and what I would need having been years since I did any home repairs and having very little left in the way of tools of my own since I became a widow. This kit gave me everything I needed all in one easy carry case. The battery stayed charged for a long time and I would recommend this to every home owner as the perfect go to drill to keep on hand for those unexpected repairs and projects. It has re-motivated me to get back into some DIY projects and I am now designing a new built-in shelving unit for my livingroom and a doggy staircase for my older dog to help him get into my bed at night. The ratchet screwdriver included it handy to have in the kit as I had a few screws that the drill was just to much for.

J'ai acheté cet article pour ma fille parce que je croyais bien connaître et apprécié ++ cette perceuse. Cependant, je viens de me rendre compte que la batterie est une Nickel-Cadmium plutôt qu'une LITHIUM et cela représente un désavantage si l'on se fie à ce qu'on peut lire sur ce sujet. Je trouve très déplorable ce genre de méprise qui me fait douter de la compagnie qui en est à la source. Je m'abstiendrai de faire une recommandation et qui plus est, je vais probablement retourner l'outil en question...
