Leakes and after ising it maybe 5 times battery will not charge.
Support is iseless its basically a throw away piece of junk

it was okay.

bought this for a couple stains on the couch and carpet, it didn't clean like id hoped. i have a husky and this could not handle the little bit of hair that was left from vacuuming.

Leaking and not holding battery charge

I bought this product a couple of years ago and it worked amazing. I needed it because I just got a puppy and there were some stains on the carpet. I put it away in the closet and haven’t used it since then I recently took it out to clean a simple stain on a chair and it will not hold its charge for anything longer than 10 minutes at full charge and it’s leaking all of the gross dirty water all over the place. It’s coming out from the seams and the vents and none of the water is going into the tank where it’s supposed to go. I can’t figure out why it’s leaking and it’s very upsetting because I liked this product a lot and I never even really got to use it and it was very expensive.
No, I do not recommend this product.

I'm not one that takes time to give reviews but this little machine has me saying WOW!!! I am totally impressed by it! I was hesitate at first but after it first use I was hooked!!! It does such a wonderful job on all the little messes that happen whether it be from pets, grandchildren or even myself, it's gotten old spots out of my kitchen rugs making them look new again so much easier than those big bulky walk behind machines so if you're on the fence about getting it grab one it is worth the money
Yes, I recommend this product.

A: No - this is a carpet cleaner, the inside will be damp and dry cat hair would plug it up quickly

A: I've used it on mattresses, in the car (seat) and on the couch. So yes, but it stays wet for a bit obviously because while the vacuum sucks up extra moisture, it's not crazy powerful.

A: No, we wouldn't recommend the Pet Stain Eraser for cleaning leather. It works best for spot cleaning carpet and fabric upholstery.

Q: This will prime, I have tried rocking it back and forth, but the only way to get it to spray is to take the tank out and put it back in then spray, if you let go of the trigger and try to spray again nothing happens. Is this normal or did I get a lemon?

Q: On the box it says it includes the unit and a scrub brush. It looks like in the picture of what is included that the unit comes with a scrub brush already on it. Is there suppose to be an extra scrub brush?

A: Yes the scrub brush is on the machine. There is no separate scrub brush, however please note it is removable for cleaning.
