Great little appliance to clean up spills as well as a freshen up.

This pitiful mess maker isn't worth the materials it's made from. For starters, "proheat" is a bold-faced lie. There is no heater in this unit, it does not heat the water/cleaner solution. Apparently you're just allowed to put hot water in the tank from your tap. And after you spray the luke warm liquid on to whatever you're cleaning, the suction isn't strong enough to pick it back up, so now you just have a mess with cleaning solution on top of it. Sure, you can scrub with the fancy-looking scrubber, but all you're accomplishing is rubbing the cleaning solution into the mess you're supposed to be vaccuuming up. But you can't, because there's no suction. If you want to spend between $100-$200, depending on the sale price, on a refillable spray bottle that makes a lot of noise, then go ahead. If you want a machine with any of the features this "proheat" unit claims to have, then stay well away from this shamefully useless piece of trash. I owned a little green unit in the past, but it got lost in one of many moves across the country. It worked fairly well for what it was. This "proheat" pretender has an order of magnitude less suction, like the difference between a leaf blower and a 1.5watt USB desk fan. And I wish that was being hyperbolic. I can't even begin to imagine what series of events could lead to any one sane person agreeing to let this insult of a product be sold to people, let alone a whole company. I'd be impressed if I wasn't so upset at how this keyboard duster of a vaccuum fails so completely in everything it claims to be capable of. Bissell lost any measly credibility they had in allowing this abomination to come to market. Did I mention it leaks? From everywhere? Even if you decided all you wanted was a $200 spray bottle, this dumpster scum self titled "proheat" can't even muster up $3 in functionality without wetting itself. Consider yourselves warned. I'd imagine the positive reviews are bought and paid for. There isn't a human on earth who could find a use for this AND have anything positive to say about it's performance. It's objectively useless.

Great product and great price!

We are throwing our second Little Green out and have to replace it due to the hose cracking. I had duct taped it near the head attachmens, but yesterday it broke by the base rendering it useless. It also does not have any self cleaning so it pretty gross and smelly. We won't be buying this a third time. When it worked, it was noisy, but did a decent job. The capacity is fine. I'm not sure why it says 'heat' when there's no heat emitted and the water sprays out cold/ room temp.
