Awesome cleaning power for set-in pet stains!

I was surprised how well this product cleans. Even old pet urine stains came out that other products couldn't lift. The only thing that would make it better is if it was made with far less fragrance. I did a second clean with plain hot water which really helped.

It does what I want it to

I bought the mini to make quick touchups, mostly because I had company coming over the holidays. It got up surface dirt and my cat’s shedding, but for deep cleaning, I still would have to use a professional. I also don’t know what I did, but I kept getting water on the floor because it flowed off the furniture. The furniture has scotch guard, so maybe the water wasn’t absorbing. But the machine did the job I wanted it to do. It just isn’t going to do everything for me.
