worst vacuum I've ever bought. I have a Roomba which is almost 10 years old that still works. this vacuum started to have issues right out of the box. The front wheel never stayed in place, started getting errors every 3 minutes and now won't even start.
complete junk!

Stay away from this. Bought this to replace my roomba which is old and actually sounds like a tank while in use.
Wanted something quieter. The quietness only lasted a month it’s loud - does not clean well. Constant and I mean CONSTANT errors. Front wheel errors. Bumper rrros. Robot stuck errors (in the middle of the floor). I’ll clean the sensors inspect for the errors. And there are no stuck debris no covered sensor no reason I can find any error to be honest.
Yet I’ll reset. And it’ll like for 30 seconds and error again.
My old room a which I’m surprised is still holding together cleans better. It’s 5 years older than this one it’s the basic model and does a better job.

Although it doesn't do mapping, it gets the job done. It runs 2 times a day in my house every day. I empty the bin after every use. I have 3 cats and a German shedder. It can handle the pet hair. I definitely noticed there's hardly any pet hair on my socks. The battery is good as well. it will run for almost 2 hours.
Yes, I recommend this product.

A: Thanks for the replies. But now I have two conflicting answers. The issue is getting under the couch which is barely 3 inches off the floor. So if it is 2.85 inches it will fit. But if it's 3.25 inches it won't fit. 🤷

Q: Is Bissell EV775 Wi-Fi Connected Robot Vacuum Cleaner a recommended model for long hair and/or pet hair? I have had issues in the past with vacuum brushes seizing up with hair build up.

A: We found it handled pet hair and long hair pickup just fine, and yes, long hair does get wrapped around the brush bar. It's important to keep the rollers clean on a regular basis. The product comes with a cleaning tool that works great and the pieces disassemble easily for cleaning.

A: My daughter and son-in-law lived in an apartment style condominium and had the EV775. There were no concerns received during the three years they lived there while using the Bissell.

Q: I have returned robot vacuums because they get stucked in doors with transition strips. They won't move from one room to the other. How is this one with transition strips?

A: I believe it does, but i returned mine because it just went in the same area no matter where i started it from, and would get stuck every time. Just buy a normal vacuum
