I would not buy again

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) Although I loved using it - it did not last! The brush no longer spin even though I cleaned it up. Pretty disappointing as it lasted less than a year and a half and I would not think I still have the receipt for it :(

Loved it until...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really liked this vacuum for about an year and a half. It started to decline on battery life. Until it just gave up. We can charge it for hours and it'll run for about 15 seconds. I decided I would just look into a replacement battery. There's no replacement battery available. I was disappointed that this vacuum is basically trash now all because they don't offer replacements

Worked fine for a year then quit

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) We use this vacuum for smaller messes around our home. We've had to open it up and fix it ourselves a few times, but recently the suction has completely given up. The plastic has also chipped off in certain parts near where you open the canister to dump what you suck up out. For the price, just spend a little more and get a better quality vacuum that will last longer.

Cheap. Try another brand for the price

I bought it two years ago. I had to replace the handle last year because the plastic shattered when I hit the corner of a table. Now it stopped working because the head connection (where the bottom connects to the handle) is completely broken. I brought it to get it repaired and the worker said this part is never in plastic because plastic doesn’t last. Clearly.
No, I do not recommend this product.

A: The PetPro Bolt 43-8113 is designed for cleaning on both hard floors and low to medium pile carpet. The brushroll and be turned off for hard surface cleaning or turned on for carpets.

Q: I received my vacuum yesterday Oct.25th/19 To day I cleaned one of my rugs and the machine lost power after 5min. of operation, it was charged for 15hrs. before. Please let me no what is wrong It suppose to run 25min.
