A: Always use axle stands after jacking up your vehicle with a mechanical jack. If you want to save money, and you're not changing wheels (i.e., for oil changes) you can use ramps instead (i.e. item number 009-1561-0 ), but I think having a jack is more versatile for a variety of scenarios (i.e., oil changes and working on wheels, brakes, etc.) and therefore worth the extra money.

A: no, will not go under the car. Tesla uses pucks between the jack and frame.

A: The jack fits under all of our vehicles, the smallest of which is a Mazda 3. Hope that helps.

Q: I can’t get this jack to work. I just bought it and it won’t pump up. It just keeps sagging back down. I added more fluid and tried purging the air the way the manual said but it still doesn’t work.

A: I have used mine about 15 times with no issues. The handle needs to be turned all the way clockwise.
