We used it once - no problem. Second time, it popped only 60% of the kernels. We have used this brand multiple times, and it is hit and miss if you get a working one. When you get a good one - great! When you get a dud, it is awful.

Don't Recommend - It's Not Reliable

I've had this popper for about a year and it worked pretty good. That is until the on/off switch jammed. And it's not fixable because the screws are not normal screws. Totally do not recommend used it maybe 5 times.
No, I do not recommend this product.
