    As it is discontinued, know that it is 100% food grade calcium chloride. Since pickling season is approaching, note you can get calcium chloride at most brewery/wine making stores.

    Hard to find anyone who carries this product. Not sure it increased crispiness significantly (I iced my pickles overnight also). However it didn’t hurt the flavour.
