I had a knife that isn’t very sharp it wouldn’t cut paper so I bought this thinking oh maybe I can get it a little sharper, nope I thought wrong instead it somehow mad it duller and only after like a few light pulls I would recommend to just get a stone cause i got one and after like maybe 20 passes on each side it would cut paper

A half decent sharpener. There are better but the price makes it work. For serious sharpening see a pro or get a much better device or stones. As the answered question states; this is not a sharpener for serrated blades. So it is not really good for 'all knives' as stated in the description.

Q: Can this sharpen serrated blades? I'm hoping to sharpen a favorite kitchen knife with mild serrations. I use it exclusively for fruits and vegetables.

A: I wouldn't use this product on good kitchen knives. Alot better options out there. This product is no where near the proper way of doing serrated blades.
