I used this rope to make pulls for a dog-toy, so wanted something nonabrasive and safe to chew.
Insted of forming the three strands with twisted yarns, the strands are made directly from super-fine and silky nylon fibers, and yet very tough so they're almost impossible for the dog to chew them loose and swallow them. Great rope for a chew-toy if you have lots of knots to keep the fibers from coming loose.
There's only one clean method of cutting this rope; Pre-wrapping with tape, cutting the rope through the tape with a hot blade, and letting the melted end cool before untaping.
If it's cut in any way without being prewrapped, it instantly unravels and can NOT be re-twisted.
Also not a good rope for splicing as it's very difficult to keep each of the three strands intact once cut
