Disappointing durability after 2 cables.

The durability of this cable has been very disappointing. The braided sleeve of my first cable split within just a few months, leaving the wires exposed. I requested a replacement and was quickly sent a new one, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, the replacement has had similar issues. After about a month, the braided sleeve came loose from the rubber end on one side, leaving half of the cable unbraided. Now, it’s been four months of using the second cable and the rubber protectant on the other side has split once again exposing the internal wires. This is frustrating because the cable itself works very well. It charges quickly and looks very nice. However, the build quality simply doesn’t match the promise of durability. I don’t put the cable under heavy stress, only using it in normal conditions. Belkin claims these cables are “tested to withstand 30,000 bends” and built for a long lifespan, but my experience hasn’t reflected that claim. In conclusion, I think design is great, but the longevity is poor.
