Bauer XLP Adjustable Roller Hockey Inline Skates, Youth/Junior, Assorted Sizes

Product was purchased online from Owen Sound store as a birthday gift for a 5 year old child to be delivered to a residential address in Oakville. Product was received in a good time and opened on birthday date. Product did not match order ...wrong size! Very disappointing for the child. Product with accompanying paper work was taken to an Oakville store for refund only to be told that this had to be returned to original store in Owen Sound. A "right sized product was purchased from the Oakville store at the time of attempted product return. In fact the Oakville store discounted the product by 25% because the customer service associate indicated she knew how disruptive this return policy was. Canadian Tire's return policy now becomes a problem for the customer even though the original mistake was Canadian Tire initiated. Upon hearing that the product was not what was ordered I spoke in person, giving all the background, with customer service Owen Sound store. I wanted to make sure that I could acquire a complete refund and asked accordingly. The answer I was given initially focused on "our policy" and the details of it without any initial recognition order mistake. The associated needed to view the product ensure they were unused, in good condition and were being returned all within 90 days of order. I assured her of such and all I wanted to know was if this was the case, "Could I expect a full refund?" Again the associate referred to policy. My perspective? Why not answer with something along the lines of "...Yes. Bring them in and let's take a look at them." Reduces and or eliminates any anxiety, confrontation and negative feelings towards Canadian Tire on the part of the customer.

I have bought more than 5 of these. They are perfect for small children who change size every year. However, if a sturdy elite-level child practices 3-4 times a week, the front tire will break in 3 months. So if you put in a washer, it will last longer. Please try it!

Great kids skates for Toddles

My 5 yr old grandson wanted roller blades and he’s quite fussy. We looked around at other locations and he didn’t like any and then came to CT. Not only does he love his skates, they are the right colour and the price was reasonable ( compared to the others we tried). Quality and durability so far has been good.

Our grandson absolutely loves them, he can’t get enough. The beauty is his younger brother will get to use them in time as well, considering how adjustable they are! They are a little stiff to adjust at first.
