Used it for 15 minutes and the vibrations were so bad both of my hands were numb . Took it back , couldn’t see myself using this even on a weekly base ! And also found it very heavy!

These are the best weed eaters ever made. I landscape for a living and I can't kill one for a life of me. Lots of power to go through Tall grass no problem . i haven't killed 1 yet . I just picked up 2 more cause you're on clearance.

Don’t buy boxes that have been re-taped

When we bought this product, it was in a box that was taped up and I asked the worker that I had to get it off the top shelf if it was going to be OK because it was taped up and he assured us that it probably just got opened in the warehouse from whatever… When we got home my son put it together. He notified me about a day or two later that part of it was broken. The part that is broken is up near the gas tank that is kind of like a guard. This was obviously what was wrong with it and why it was re-packaged and put back on the shelf. When really it should’ve been sent back to where it came from… I thought point in time I don’t longer have the receipt because I am a single mom with three children and I do not have time to keep track of everything and Was very disappointed. It does not affect how the machine works, however it does leave a very sharp edge and could potentially cut somebody… This could’ve been avoided if somebody would’ve done their job correctly and sent it back to the manufacturer rather than typing it up and putting it back on the shelf for somebody else to purchase.
