Charges but bulky and difficult to put anywhere

I just needed something to charge my phone in the car and this was the cheapest one. I’m not sure where to put it. I think it was made for cars that don’t already have a console between the front seats. However there is nothing that secures it to anything. I wish I could detach the extras and just use the charger. However, it does charge phones which is the important thing.
