quality has gone downhill

This was actually our third set of Uniden phones - we had been very happy with our first sets.
We charged the phones as per instructions initially, but the charge lasts just over 12 hours (with very little use). Tried to contact Uniden to see if this was a new type of battery or just a bad batch. They were rude, accusatory and defensive. I will be returning them and getting another brand.
No, I do not recommend this product.

Q: Shows as a 2.4 GHZ Phone when you zoom in! Is there any chance this product is a Uniden DECT 1580-3 System? If so it would be like a 69-7939 with an extra handset.

A: the phone is 6.0 DECT. It is the main reason I purchased this phone since lower streamed phones interfere with computers and computer equipment.
