be prepare to sweat.In your home you will have to give it all that you got. this is not for the fait of heart. This program will work a lot on your balance, strenght and of course your cardio. if you love 1h workout, go for this product. Make sure you are pretty fit to start with.

P90X for a 50yr Old

Wow. I remember buying this program 3 months ago and the cashier looking at me and saying this looks tough...I almost put it back. Glad I didn't. Just finished my first round and it delivered 100% of what it promised
At day 90 I had lost 38lbs and 8" off my waist. My nutrition is excellent and my stamina is off the charts. I wish I had started this 10 years ago, but I still feel better today than when I was 25. Now I'm looking forward to turning 50 with a real 6pak
It does take dedication, but results are real.

Great Home GYM work-out

P90X is perfectly suited for someone who's in decent shape and want's fast result to attain beach body in 90 days. The package includes nutrition and work-out guide book. Each daily workout is in average of 1hr, which includes warm-up and cool-down. Add in Ab-ripper (16 min) for 3 days a week.
It's a bit expensive for work-out DVDs, however the price you pay going to the gym is more than 3x the amount + the time you save driving to the gym.
Along with the DVDs, you'll be needing 2 sets of dumbbells (5-30 lbs), pull/chin up bar, exercise mat, resistance band (optional to replace pull/chin up bar and dumbbells), and a good pair of shoes. Good nutrition and Protein drinks is highly recommended. Determination is a must.
I'm currently on my 5th week of the work out program and quite amaze with the results. My Pecs and Abs start to shape up. Initially, I can barely do 5 pull-ups and after 1 month, I can do 15 on top of my head! I'm telling you this is not a walk in the park! just keep pushing play and you'll get the result.
