Small and perfect pan

I have been looking for a tough non-stick small frying pan. Just started using it and am impressed by how slippery and non-stick it is. Nice flat bottom, great for frying eggs, veggies, grilling sandwiches. Cleans up in a jiffy. The handle stays cool to the touch. As a bonus, you can use metal utensils on it too. I chose this as it was one of the few such pans that does not contain any suspicious and/or toxin containing coatings. I have an older larger pan and will replace it with this brand.

non stick coating short lifespan

Non stick coating erodes very quickly. Worked well for the first 3 months of light use. It's worth paying more for something that lasts.

A: American company, no manufacturing location given, it should be on the packaging for the pan. These are the best ceramic pans we have used.
