Cloud fees not on store ad

Seeing the item on clearance looked great, no mention of monthly cloud fees so i bought it On the box it clearly says there are cloud fees which come out to 120$ plus tax per year. So I returned it Arlo has one of the most expensive cloud fees, Ring is $60 for basic package I bought a Canadian made lorex doorbell with SD card, no fees for basic service

Best video doorbell

I have had this video doorbell for 3 years now and has been flawless. After having had two other types of doorbells this has been by far the best . The only drawback is the yearly subscription, beeing quite expensive. I now purchased another one for a spare .

Showed up in an open box - sold as new - SHAME

Showed up as an opened box. I ordered what I thought was a new product. This happened 4 times with CT now. I'm done. Will never shop there again.

I highly recommend avoiding subscription models to maintain your independence.
