A: Hi, Only one to start. Adjust according to your test once a week. Also for easier maintenance, you could use the chlorine tabs which are smaller and will make it easier for you to adjust your chlorine level. Thank you

Q: Can these be used in a summer waves pool with out a pump??

A: We would not recommend using these pucks without pump and filter. These pucks dissolve slowly, therefore if there is no water circulation in the pool, the puck will dissolve locally and the concentration of the chemical in the entirety of the pool will not be uniform.
