Q: The kit says to lower the level of the water first which means I cannot run the pump after adding the chemicals. Is that correct? With other kits i've always had to keep the pump running for the chemicals to circulate before closing

A: Hi, With this kit we have changed our approach for closing. Instead of dumping the water at the end which will also drain the chemicals we recommend to do it in the inital step. You can add all the chemical content when the water is lowered without any risk. Simply pour the content at the water surface. Ideally not at the same place. Thank you

Q: so do I need to add additional chlorine when closing or is the salt shock enough to keep the water clear throughout the winter

A: Hi Patrick, it depends when you will close your pool. If the temperature stays cool than you should be ok. The best secret is to close your pool the latest as possible. Thank you

Q: The last step in the kit is the Salt Shock crystals. when I poured some in, it just sank to the bottom. With the water lowered and equipment turned off, is there any harm to the liner letting them sit? What should we do?

A: Hi, all the products included in the kit are harmless to the liner even if they sit at the bottom. We recommend to stir the water and brush the pool floor for a faster disolution. Thank you
