Great cookware

This is the 2nd time that I have purchased this product. I have used both in the microwave & oven. It's a nice size for 2 people ... big enough for 1 meal & still has room to stir it up without creating a mess.

LID EXPLODED!

Washed it by hand in warm water and put it in the cupboard with the lid upside down. Four hours later the lid exploded into a million pieces. The bottom was fine. It had not seen the inside of the dishhwasher or oven so it wasn't heat-related.

Q: Can someone advise what temp this casserole dish can handle max? I am looking to buy for baking sourdough bread. My normal temp in my dutch oven is 515 degrees, but could try at 500 degrees. Can it handle this temp?

  • A: Have not been able to use this item. Lid does not fit. Would not suggest purchasing, especially not home delivery during Covid when returns are difficult!
