Zero stars for my application I bought multiple tubes for a pvc /hypalon boat to repair seams(none of them pressure related) mostly keel to the and on the maiden voyage it’s all peeled off like tape as soon as it hit the water

Only glue that works on garbage can type plastic, if you roughen the surface. Just repaired a cracked rain barrel with this product. The last repair on it was water-tight for 7 years. Perfect also for automotive plastic.

Great product adhesive, and sealant

This product is unique as it is not a silicone, It does have a solvent in it, So once it evaporates, that's how it dries usually overnight. I've use this product to fix duck shoes. They're all like a rubber shoe. I had a crack. I put some of this on it and left it overnight and the shoes were perfect waterproof. I also put this on the tips of my fingers of my leather work gloves. I'm an ironworker and it makes my gloves last weeks instead of days. It's very durable and sticks. also this product is flexible once it hardens and cures.

A: I would say no. Think it needs to air dry. Also is somewhat flexible so likely not suitable for your purpose of crack repair.

A: I believe that it would. Make sure that surface is clean and lightly sand where the two are to be attached together. I have used under water for years. If it was me, I would still put a screw in. This is a very strong , durable product.

A: Hi Carrie! Once cured, Amazing Goop Marine is fully waterproof and should work great for your application. For best results, we recommend to wipe both surfaces clean with alcohol before applying Amazing GOOP. Treat it as a contact adhesive, meaning, apply the Goop to both surfaces and allow it to be exposed to the air for 2-3 minutes before mating together and securing for 24+ hours. Q: Can goop be applied to vertical surfaces without running/?

A: It does level out some. Though initially it doesn't appear it would. I use this stuff on old canvas. Stronger than sewing its not tacky like caulking so better if you dont want dust sticking to it on roofing applications or outdoor applications. Doesnt peel off in constant wet conditions like caulking does. Extremely strong. For boat repair probably not as abrasion resistance as gluv-it but much much more flexible and at cold temps too. It's one of my go-to products and I love it. But to answer your question a thin bead of it or dab probably wont run too much. But anything more than that will sag.though it becomes tacky and sets up quick enough. WEAR gloves this stuff is hard to get off your hands.

Q: Will this work to glue a flexible PVC fabric to the bottom edge of wooden transom that is coated with epoxy? This is an inflatable boat and that part of the transom will be exposed to water for the summer.

A: While Amazing Goop Marine is fully waterproof upon a full cure, it may struggle to bond well with the epoxy and PVC coated materials. There may be increased bond strength if the epoxy surface is first rough-sanded or given some texture; clean both surfaces with acetone or rubbing alcohol and allow a full 24 hours for the product to cure. Q: The traction mats (foot pads) on my jet-ski are peeling off. May I use this product to re-glue them? Will it do a good job? Product: Amazing Goop Marine Adhesive.

A: Yes this product should do a good job as long as the area is clean and dry and all directions are followed.
