My old Plantar Fasciitis returned after many years. Went to doctor, he referred me to Orthotics guys. Thought I would try a less expensive alternative first, before having to fork out hundreds of dollars. I've used them for a month or so, on and off, and there is some relief when I wear them. But I doubt they work as well as those custom made orthotics. I'll continue with them for a while or until they wear out. May still try another less-expensive brand before going for the custom ones.
