I had to turn the dial right down as it has a chemically smell. I wouldn't be able to tolerate it if I was in the actual room itself, but it did help to make the house smell a bit fresher. I'd prefer a more natural smelling product and will buy something else next time.

I bought this a month ago and have asked Air wick for a full refund, as I never kept the receipt and cant return to CT. This does not work at all. The scent is only detectable about 1 foot from the warmers. have one in the kitchen and one by the front door. 30 bucks out the window. I have other plug in warmers and this is by far the worst of them.
