Assembly instructions are excellent. Diagrams are great. Pay attention to wheel bracket orientation. Suggest removing pluggers before installing nut and bolt on wheel lift handle. Tight fit. Product worked perfectly

This unit is well made but instructions are absolutely terrible. Not only are they not informative they are wrong on some steps & leave out steps on others. In the future I hope the company has someone write instructions who knows what they are talking about & not some desk jockey

Q: What is ground penetration max?

A: The Plug Aerator ground penetration is approximately 3 to 4 inches. Keep in mind it is not based on the size of the tire. The unit has a drop hitch. The unit needs to set completely level when hooked to any tractor. Thank you.

Q: How are the plugs removed from the tynes during operation? Gravity? If so, I guess the lawn needs to be very dry.

A: The plugs are removed by being pushed upward by the next plug that gets formed as the rotator turns around. Then gravity takes over when the tynes are vertical during the rotation as the unit moves forward.

Q: Can this be used without a tractor (I.e. pulled manually)?

A: This is not meant to be used manually. You would be exhausted and not sure how you would hold it to move it.

A: Hi There, We are not showing any eco-fees on this item. Sometimes aerators like this can have eco-fees on their tires, but only if they are pneumatic. From the picture below, this item (0601808) has solid tires, therefore should not have an eco-fee attached. Thank you,
