Wrong Product Shown On The Website

The image and product number on the website was incorrect. I ordered black Cross Flex golf shoes and they delivered light blue canvas Adicross Classic casual "golf" shoes (that look more like boat shoes) to my car. They checked and found these were correct, did not have the ones I wanted, the website was wrong and would not take them back. Waiting for restrictions to lift to return them. This is the 2ND time this has happened ordering from the website. Will try to add a photo of what was delivered.

Shoes are great, just not the colour in the online description, blue not black, and no others in stock, so had to take the blue ones.
