Would give 0 stars if it were possible

Doesn't work. I moved it from a warm room to a cold room and to another room and it was always 20C. The humidity reading is at 70% which is inaccurate as I've had the a/c on all day and I am very sensitive to humidity. There is no way my apartment is 70% humid. Will have to return it to the store, which is complicated for me. I am a senior with mobility issues and will need to find a friend who can drive me and go into store for me!
