Q: Will this fit properly on a 2023 Tesla Model Y Long Range 19"?

A: No this will not fit properly fit on this Tesla . Recommended spec for the tesla Model Y is 19x9.5 with a +45 or +40 offset and should be hubcentric. Hope this helps
