Helium filled foil balloons are always good for a birthday

[Employee of canadiantire-ca] We needed a Happy Birthday balloon to go with the Pokemon balloons that we picked up for our daughters birthday. So we picked this one. It's got lots of colour and is a decent size. Balloon was filled up 2 days prior to her birthday and was still full on the day of the party. It was then moved from the park to our house where it stayed until 3 weeks after the birthday and it was still at least 1/2 full and floating. Can't go wrong with a foil balloon filled with helium for a birthday celebration.
