They stay in my ears as I move about working. They don’t block all of the sound, but they certainly deaden the loudest sounds of saws, lawnmowers, etc..

These work very well. I have several. You never know when you are going to need hearing protection. I find movie theatres are too loud, as are live bands and many other situations. The carry case makes them easy to keep in your pocket.
