Unfortunately by the time it was installed the weather improved and the Thermostat control cord would not engage so I do not know if it works or not.

Block heater cord.

I had a new cord put on my block heater. My car would still not start in the cold weather. I went back to have it tested to see if it was working. I was told it didn’t need testing because they test them when they put them in. It still doesn’t work. I will have to go back to insist they check it out and fix the problem.
