Candles can set a relaxing mood, but dripping wax can also stain your clothes and linens!
Let wax dry
It’ll be easier to remove when it’s no longer hot.
Scrape with butter knife
Softly scrape off as much wax as you can.
Use brown paper bags
Place a plain paper bag on an ironing board. Put the wax stained area on top of the brown paper bag and then place a second bag on top
Iron on lowest setting
Use your iron in a circular motion until the wax melts onto the bag.
Repeat until complete
A dark spot on the bag will indicate when the wax is being absorbed. When you see this, move the bags to a fresh section and repeat until no wax is left.
