I have had this extremely comfortable pad for nearly 3 years and used it almost daily. Love its plush feel, its 5 settings,and its auto shut off feature...though it has a 5 yr warranty,it no longer functions. I have used Sunbeam pads for literally decades but am sad to report that in the last ten years,every one has malfunctioned within 12-36 months. The company WILL honor the warranty if you jump through hoops,but having to replace it so often is annoying and inconvenient. It does a great job-- when it works. So beware that it has a short shelf life if you order Sunbeam. ( this issue with the controller malfunctioning is a problem in many models,not just this one.) It WILL offer pain relief with comfort,and has a nice long chord. I reluctantly recommend it.

Unknown sized heating pad

I want to buy this heating pad, but have no idea as to its size. I asked on your Q&A, but then see that I asked the same question (which also went unanswered) 2 years ago. This leaves me wondering about a lot of things, but definitely serves as a warning to not buy it.
