Reason for taking it back to Canadian Tire

Third day having this product it kept saying it needed to be cleaned. So, I unplugged it for about 3 hours and was back to normal that last about half an hour and again the red light came back on. So, I believe it has technical issues.

I bought this a couple of weeks ago and I've really enjoyed having it in my room as it actually shows me the air quality and if it's very low it doesn't take long to get back up to the hundred percent

Love this air filter it truly keeps the air clean it is in a bedroom and it is very quiet. Doesn’t interrupt your sleeping. The displays is easy to read the lit on it can be dimmed.

Never Change Air Purifier

I wanted this air purifier so bad that I ask my daughter for it as a mother’s day gift 2025. She brought it for me and it only worked for 6 months. Everything time I turn it on the I indicator light stays on 0. I looked at some many YouTube videos on how to troubleshoot it. Nothing works. This is my 2nd and last ever shark product. I will no longer support this company. The prices are ridiculous expensive and they don’t last.

No, I do not recommend this product.

Q: how do I clean the filter

A: For the Compact Pro Air Purifier, the HEPA filter is not washable and should always be kept dry, but it should be rotated every 3 months to help evenly distribute captured particles. The dust filter should be checked and maintained every 1 to 2 months, or more frequently in high-dust environments, by vacuuming with a soft brush or wiping with a cloth. If rinsed, it must be fully air-dried for 12 hours before reinstalling.
