Not good value for money

I have owned this for a long time now. The laser feature is pretty much a gimmick and is useless. The trimmer itself works ok if you have no guard on it, however that really defeats the purpose of all the features that you pay for. It is very hard to clean, creates an uneven length cut especially around the neck area and the charger cable does not connect well. I HIGHLY recommend not spending money on this.

First, we recommend cleaning the appliance after every usage since hair or debris can get inside the unit and affect its performance. Moreover, in order to have the best results, make sure that you trim your hair against the grain. When trimming your hair, it is important to keep in mind that your hair grows in different directions. Therefore, to get an even trim, try moving your trimmer in different directions so that it covers all of your hair. Make sure you are using the proper accessory and try to attach it properly to the unit. Please know that wet hair is trickier to trim as it tends to stick to your skin and can be missed by the device. Therefore, we advise clipping your hair when it is completely dry.
