Q: To confirm, this is a coating to give it a shine, the tire needs to be washed clean first correct? So one would apply as a final step after vehicle wash etc. Sorry can not read the instructions in the picture it is too blurry.

A: Not happy with the product. Makes the tire greasy and does not last.
