item supplied (1/2 inch) screws far, FAR TOO SHORT! Good thing I had 1 and 1/2 inch screws laying around I could use. This holder is not made for heavier items like shovels or garden spades, but rather for brooms and mops. Not very strong bracket holding the hooks. You'll notice only one screw on the right side, one mid-point and two on left. I'd recommend you save the money you'd spend on this one and buy something else which is obviously stronger and more secure in another brand.

pegs upside down when snapped in.

Ok, so why is this piece of garbage still on the shelves? The rack I bought has the pegs upside down. I'd guess they are all like that. Now I have to spend the time to return it. Wish I had looked at the online reviews. Wish CTC folks looked at these reviews and did something about it. Do not buy!

Pretty much useless

This rack really only holds brooms and very light items. The anchors that they give you break as soon as you try to put them in the wall. Very flimsy and cheap.

plastic peg hook wrong way

The plastic peg hook have a notch that can only be snapped into the whole one way. The problem with the way it snaps in, is it puts the hook upside down. you can't hang anything off the hook since it slopes downwards.
