This MASTER Chef Tulip Digital Instant Read Thermometer registers the internal temperature of foods within seconds for perfectly cooked meals. Simply insert the stem at least 1-inch into the food for accurate readings. The plastic thermometer comes with an auto shut-off feature to preserve battery life and a durable polycarbonate LCD display. Additionally, the thermometer comes with a replaceable 1.5V alkaline battery and a probe cover with a pocket clip.

NOT instant

This is in NO way an instant read thermometer. You need hands of steel to hold it over the food you are cooking to wait for it to finish reading the temperature. Anti-roll design?? The thermometer is round, of course it rolls. I guess you get what you pay for. Very misleading marketing.

No, I do not recommend this product.
