Specifications say the material withstands around 200deg Celsius. I used it on a pan to saute and the material melted. Not sure if I can get a refund. Not recommended for hot use.

Bought this 2 weeks ago and so flimsy I would be afraid it would break so I haven't used. Cheap, total lack of strength to the utensil, flexes like a toy. Can not recommend!!!
