ION Lithium Ice Auger features a high-performance, 4 Amp-hour, 40V max Lithium Ion battery that powers the 8" (20.3 cm) auger through up to 1200" (30.5 m) of ice on a single charge
Reverse eliminates the need for an ice skimmer by flushing slush ice down the hole
All you need to do is charge your battery, go to the lake, and start drilling
Gives you maximum efficiency at the lightest weight possible
Offers optimal combination of weight and high-powered delivery
Features a centering ring bottom that allows you to smoothly re-open frozen holes by keeping the cut even and straight all the way down to break through

Great Auger

Drilled 5 holes at 25 inches of ice flushing them perfectly so if people are try to say that is doesn't flush the holes they must be doing something wrong with the auger 10 hours out on the ice and the battery was still fully charged great Auger saves alot of time and easy on the body !

Does the job

Used it for the first time a few days ago. Cuts great all the way down till it hits water then it stops. I struggled quite a bit to get it to cut through the final part. Having to lift it up , turn it and go down again several times. Doesn’t take out the slush either. Takes lots of time to remove all the slush from hole. Maybe I’m just not operating it right ? I dunno. Going out again today, see how it handles this time.
No, I do not recommend this product.

I have been ice fishing twice. Drilled 8 holes or so. Battery still on full charge. Went through 15 inches of ice no problem. Going twice more. Don't think I'll have to charge battery again. Awesome product

First electric I've owned, and am impressed, it works great, I only gave it 4 stars cause the battery fades easily if it gets cold and must be kept in a warm location at all times, (not a manufacturers fault, it is a lithium)they don't like cold,,
other than the very small battery issue, very excellent auger , cuts fast and clean,
