Doesn’t work

Don’t waste your money. It doesn’t work. Tried it on my puppy with separation anxiety. He either completely ignores it or it just doesn’t vibrate when he barks. It’s not a battery issue, an issue of making sure it’s properly turned on, or a tightness issue. I’ve adjusted all that. It just doesn’t work. Also, since I had to trim down the strap on the collar to fit my puppy, now I can’t return it. $100 down the drain.

No, I do not recommend this product.

We're so sorry for any misunderstanding on how these collars work, David! It is crucial to note that bark collars should never be used for instances of separation anxiety. Bark collars are designed to address obsessive barking related to external triggers- obsessively barking at people arriving, activity outside of windows, sounds in an apartment, etc. As separation anxiety is a mental/behavioral condition with an internal source, bark collars cannot address this and may inadvertently increase barking activity. We do apologize for any confusion. If your puppy is suffering from separation anxiety, we would recommend reaching out to your vet to see how this can best be addressed.

If you have any other training concerns with your puppy that may benefit from a different form of solution, please contact our Customer Care team; we would love to see if a different option may still be helpful for you both. Don't buy

I bought it two days ago. This product didn't work at all. It honestly felt like it made my dog get more aggressive. I can't believe I spent 100 dollars on this. What happened to good old shock collars. This was more like a tickle than anything.

This does not alleviate any nuisance barking. It had no effect on my dog. I would 100% not recommend this bark collar.

Doesn't work on stubborn barky Aussie

I've been trying to get my 2 year old Aussie to quit barking in the car. This has not worked for her. It seems to function, but is not enough of a distraction or aversive stimulus to dissuade her from barking at anything moving or not when in the car. I suspect it will work with other dogs.

While vibration can be a good form of correction for some dogs, it is not a universal solution. Vibration is a form of correction that is best for timid dogs.
