Short trailer

This is advertised as a 12 to 14 ft boat trailer. With the winch post in the foremost position there is 12 ft to the end of the trailer, which means that my 14 ft wooden boat would hang out the back by 2ft in a vulnerable position. It is going back. False advertising!

Decent for a little fishing boat

I bought this back in the spring and its been a perfect little unit for hauling around my 12 footer. I recently discovered the metal on the fenders was starting to separate but with a couple of quick emails to the manufacturer the issues were dealt with promptly and new fenders sent at no charge to me.

Not worth the money!

I bought the trailer to accommodate my seadoo. Should have been a straight forward job just had to move the crank ahead but this was not the case. Many of the holes for the crank were not tapped fully so we had to do it ourselves. The wiring for the lights was cut in places and not hooked up in others. The left brake light was smashed ( although this was most likely a dealer issue).the license plate mount is also in a ridiculous spot and is nothing more than flimsy plastic. Dont waste your money get something you dont have to put work into to use. The summer is too short to have to spend it repairing a new product.

THIS TRAILER WILL NOT TAKE A 14 FT BOAT WITHOUT IT HANGING OVER THE BACK OF THE TRAILER BY CLOSE TO 3 FEET

I recently purchased this trailer and it was a big mistake.
The quality is very poor and would never recommend this
to anyone. Even the wiring to the lights was done wrong.
No, I do not recommend this product.

Q: Any word yet on if the 2015 model comes with a grease nipple, or if you'd still have to repack the bearings? There was an earlier question about bearings, and the Canadian Tire Answer said it might be updated on the 2015 model.

A: Yes! All 2015 model year Stirling utility trailers are equipped with quick-lube hubs and zerk fittings. Newer 2015 models can be identified by the capacity plate on the tongue of the trailer, and the hubs will have a black rubber cap. Please note that some stores may have older inventory in stock and we cannot verify which stores have 2015 models.
