Falsely advertised, had no hook on the strap as shown on the packaging, couldn’t use on the handlebars on my motorbike, bought from Bunnings who refunded when I pointed out the issue, thanks Bunnings. Smart straps hmmmmm

Product does not have the advertised soft loop

On the packaging, and on the manufacturer's website, a soft loop is clearly shown and noted as a feature. This isn't there in reality. This was the critical feature I needed. When you buy the product and take it home to open it, you find you've spent your money on something other than what is shown directly in photos and claimed on the website. Sad.
