Q: it created a film on the windshield, how do I remove the film from the window

A: Never use hot water on windshield it would crack easily. Just use a detergent on a towel and clean and then use glass cleaner for final touch.

Q: is this a good product to use for removing vinyl stickers from car paint?

A: Thanks for your inquiry, herb. The Simoniz Bug Remover Spray is not recommended for removing vinyl stickers. The best way would be to use a hair dryer to remove the vinyl and isopropyl alcohol (70%) or a tar remover to remove the remaining glue.

A: Thanks for your inquiry, Wayne. This product is safe to use on undamaged wraps. If the wrap has been damaged due to poor quality or age, you may want to proceed with caution. I'd recommend the following precautions - Wet surface with water before - Do not let dry on the surface - For best result use a soft bug sponge to wash the surface - Rinse well with water - Do not apply on direct sunlight or to hot day - Test on a small surface before and dry to see any stain.

A: Thanks for your inquiry, Cameron. Sorry to hear you had trouble with the label. Step 1: Spray the surfaces to be cleaned with water and let it soak in for 30 seconds. Step 2: Do not let the product dry on the surface. Rinse with high-pressure water jet or clean with insect sponge the rinse. Happy Cleaning!
