J'ai acheté un premier modèle qui ne fonctionnait plus quelques semaines après la fin de la garantie. J'ai acheté un deuxième modèle (que l'on disait plus performant) et même scénario. La valeur ne sort plus, donc aucune utilité pour nettoyer les planchers. J'ai suivi les instructions pour enlever le soit disant tartre, mais il n'y en avait pas (nous avons un adoucisseur d'eau et une lampe ultraviolette pour désinfecter notre eau de puits). Rien à faire... on ne peut même pas en avoir une qui fonctionne avec les pièces des deux qui ne fonctionnent pas.

Our old Steam mop died unexpectedly so we were in a bind and needed to find a quality replacement quickly! Found this one on the Canadian Tire website and went out and picked it up in store the next day. Works great - simple to put together and it does a great job on our floors!

Je suis très satisfaite de ce produit comme mentionné en titre. Je l'utilise depuis plus 2 ans....Aucun produit chimique et nocif pour les enfants ainsi que les animaux...désinfecte et sèche rapidement.
Pour ma part, je trouve le manche solide, il est a manier surtout avec des mouvements de bas en haut. Plusieurs exemplaires de lingettes d'adhésion font du produit son excellence quant a la qualité de la finition du plancher. En résumé, excellent produit que je recommande très fortement.

A: The carpet glider is sold separately as an attachment. The funnel is included, which you place in your steam mop to fill with the filling flask.

Q: What is the difference between the steam mop and pocket steam mop?

A: The steam mop has a cloth pad that attaches to the base with velcro giving you one surface to clean with. The pocket steam mop has a pad in the shape of a pocket that you insert the mop base into and you can use both the top and bottom of the base to clean with, as well, this gives you a more defined edge around the cleaning base than what you get with the steam mop. However, I have not used the pocket steam mop so I can't compare how well it cleans to the steam mop.
