Q: Tell me about the spout: is it fixed or flexible, clear or opaque, does it move when the lever is pressed?

A: This product has a fixed metal spout (the online image needs updating – see correct image below). The lever moves independently of the spout and reservoir. While activating the lever, the spout remains fixed in the position the user is placing it.
