Replacement Parts

We've had this bbq for 4 years and only one burner still works. It will cost so much to purchase the replacement parts, if we can even find them, that we may as well just buy a new bbq. I'd say we got a good 3 years out of it bbq-ing all year round.

Great Product for the Price

Used the BBQ for 1 season. Previous reviews said it wastes propane, I BBQ at least 3 times a week and I only went through 1 tank of propane. My only complaint is the grills are a fair bit of work to maintain, you have to season them every time you use it. Other than that I am completely happy with this purchase.

Great price for the quality

I got this on sale and for the price it was worth it. It is good quality. I like the grease tray in the back which makes it easy to clean and keeps the grill tidy. I recommend at least 2 people assemble this unit. Instruction manual is pretty clear and parts were labeled properly.

Bought the bbq for the trailer. Easy to put together. It only took 45 min. There is a big opening at the back when the lid is closed. I thought that would be a problem. But so far it has cooked food evenly. The grill is hard to keep clean but otherwise good value for the price. I bought a rotisserie for it works great

Q: Does the side burner have to be installed or can it be left off to shorten the length ??

A: The barbecue is CSA safety tested and certified to be used as designed. Interfering with the assembly of the side burner will void the CSA certification and the warranty as it is part of the manifold assembly (gas train). It is possible to not assemble the right side shelf which does not have the side burner – as this will not interfere with the gas train.
